• Favourite Tours is not liable for any health issues, accidents, or medical emergencies during the trip.

6. Responsibilities of the Traveller

• Provide accurate information at the time of booking.

• Be punctual during tours and transfers to avoid delays or missed services.

• Favourite Tours acts as an intermediary between the traveller and service providers like airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party providers.

• We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, or pandemics.

8. Intellectual Property
