Refund Policy

At Sky Vista Tours, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund terms for all our valued travelers. Please read the refund policy carefully before booking any service.

 1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation policy specific to the package, airline, hotel, or service provider.

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to  a  info@SkyVistatours.com  with booking details and payment proof.

  • Refund processing time: 7–15 business days, depending on the service and payment mode.


 2. Tour Package Cancellations

a. Domestic Packages

  • More than 30 days before travel: Up to 80% refundable

  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% refundable

  • Less than 15 days before travel: Non-refundable

b. International Packages

  • More than 45 days before travel: 70–80% refundable

  • 30–45 days before travel: 50% refundable

  • Less than 30 days before travel: Non-refundable

Note: Flight tickets, visa fees, and insurance charges are non-refundable once issued.


 3. Cruises & Special Experiences

  • Cruise bookings follow supplier-specific cancellation policies which may include strict non-refundable clauses.

  • Refunds are subject to cruise line terms and cannot be guaranteed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


 4. Hotels & Accommodations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the rate type selected (refundable or non-refundable).

  • Early check-outs or no-shows are typically non-refundable.

  • For refundable bookings, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before check-in to receive any refund.


 5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances once confirmed:

  • Visa charges

  • Travel insurance

  • Processing or documentation fees

  • Service charges

  • Activities booked with third-party operators (if non-cancellable)


 6. Changes in Travel Dates

  • Postponement of tour dates may be allowed depending on availability, but will incur rebooking/rescheduling charges.

  • Refunds on date-change requests are subject to the original supplier’s terms.


7. Force Majeure

Refunds are not guaranteed in case of trip cancellation due to force majeure events such as:

 

  • Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, etc.)

  • Political unrest or war

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government travel restrictions or visa delays
